| Fees | Quoted individually according to the work. We set out either a monthly retainer or a per-project fee in writing or by email before any agreement is made. |
| Additional costs | Advertising spend, travel and venue fees for shoots, and licensing for assets may be charged at cost. All such items are itemised in the quotation beforehand. |

| Payment terms | Retainer: invoiced at month end, payable by the end of the following month Project work: payable within 30 days of the invoice date after delivery (to be adjusted to your actual terms) |
| When services begin | Work starts on the commencement date agreed in the contract. Project work is delivered by the deadline stated at the time of the agreement. |
| Ending a retainer | A monthly retainer may be ended by giving notice in writing or by email at least one month before the month in which you wish it to stop. Fees for work already delivered are not refundable. (to be adjusted to your actual contract terms) |
| Cancellation and refunds | Given the nature of the work, we cannot accept cancellation or issue refunds once it has begun. For project work we make revisions up to the number agreed in the contract. |
| Technical requirements | An internet connection and a standard web browser are required. |
