We create tailored tours for visitors to Japan and tell the stories behind them, so that our guests come away with something they could not have found anywhere else. Through the culture, the food and the people, we want the world to meet the Japan we actually live in.
Our hope is that everyone who joins us comes to see Japan not as somewhere they visited, but as something closer to a second home.
From planning and booking inbound trips to running them on the day, and on to social media and marketing for the businesses who host them. Building tours worth walking and telling the world about them are the same job to us, so we do not split them apart. We also help businesses bring AI into their daily work, and keep it there.
Run by us as Japan Trails. Based in Tokyo, small-group walks led in English by guides who live in the neighbourhood. Around three hours.

HOW WE WORK
From your first enquiry through briefing, proposal, quotation, preparation, delivery and the report afterwards. One person stays with you throughout, so you never have to explain the same thing twice.
Tell us roughly what you have in mind, by form or by phone.
We ask about your aims, numbers and timing, then send a proposal and a quotation.
Once the details are settled, we begin booking, production and set-up.
Afterwards we report on how it went, including what we would change next time.
