We take on the filming, the direction and the day-to-day operation of your account. If the account does not reach 10,000 followers within one year of the contract start date, we refund our management fee in full.
What we take on
- Filming — dishes, interior, exterior and staff at work: the raw material for posts
- Direction — deciding what to shoot and in what order to publish it, and building the structure of each reel
- Operation — posting, captions with a line of English, hashtags, and replies to comments
If you want to reach visitors from overseas, we also design the English captions and hashtags.
Why we attach a guarantee
Social media management is hard for a shop to evaluate. The number of posts goes up, but it is difficult to tell whether anyone came because of them.
We think the worst outcome is paying and never knowing whether it was worth it. So we tie the fee to the result.
Terms
Please read the following before applying.
- The guarantee covers TABICO's management fee only. Travel costs for filming, advertising spend and third-party service fees are not refunded.
- We count the total number of followers on the Instagram account twelve months after the contract start date. If the account already has followers when we begin, the treatment of those followers is set out in the contract.
- We must be granted operating access to the account. If access is not granted, or is withdrawn part-way through, the guarantee does not apply.
- We need your cooperation with filming and approvals. If the frequency of filming, the information you provide about your products, or your approval of posts falls well below what the contract sets out, the guarantee does not apply.
- We do not buy followers or take part in follow-for-follow schemes, or use any other method that breaches Instagram's terms. The guarantee assumes the target is reached through ordinary operation.
- The guarantee does not apply if the account is suspended or disabled through circumstances on your side, if the nature of the business or its products changes substantially, or if you end the contract early.
- We can only take on a limited number of shops at a time, because filming and direction take people.
The refund procedure, the fees covered and the method of judging the result are all set out in the contract, which you review before signing. We make no verbal promises.
