Ground Handling & On-the-Day Operations

OPERATIONS

We act as the receiving partner in Japan for overseas travel companies and corporate clients, taking on both the arrangements and the running of the trip. Itinerary, accommodation, transport, guides, operations on the day and the report afterwards — one person handles all of it.

One point of contact.
From booking to the day itself.

Accommodation, transport, guides, venues, restaurants. Inbound travel involves a lot of suppliers, and the more you split the work the further the answers and the responsibility scatter. With us, one person carries it from the itinerary through the day itself to the report afterwards.

Because we run tours ourselves, we can tell a workable itinerary from one that only looks good on paper — transfer times, where the breaks fall, what happens if it rains.

WHAT WE COVER

SCOPE

From building the itinerary through running the day to reporting afterwards. This is what we take on. Partial work — accommodation only, guides only — is fine too.

Itinerary & quotation
We ask about your aims, numbers, timing and budget, then propose an itinerary with costs.
Accommodation & transport
Hotels, ryokan, rail and chartered vehicles, held to suit the group and the route.
Guides & experiences
Licensed guides, plus booking and briefing the venues and restaurants.
Operations on the day
We keep the day on track and handle delays or weather changes as they happen.
When something goes wrong
Illness, lost property, anything that needs a decision — your contact deals with it.
Report after the trip
We share how it went and what we would change, so the next one runs better.

HOW WE WORK

FLOW

From your first enquiry through briefing, proposal, quotation, preparation, delivery and the report afterwards. One person stays with you throughout, so you never have to explain the same thing twice.

04

Delivery & report

Afterwards we report on how it went, including what we would change next time.

FAQ

The questions we are asked most often when someone first gets in touch. If yours is not here, please just ask through the contact form.

QCan you handle bookings only?
A

Yes. Accommodation only, guides only — whatever part of it you need.

QIs there a limit on group size?
A

We handle everything from individuals to groups. The approach changes with the numbers, so do get in touch first.

QWhich areas do you cover?
A

Tokyo primarily, but we arrange nationwide, working with local partners outside the city.

QHow far ahead should we ask?
A

In peak season accommodation and transport get tight. The sooner your dates are fixed, the more options we can put in front of you.

QDo you charge for a quotation?
A

Quotations are free. Nothing is charged at the enquiry stage.

Note: the answers above are samples. Please check them against how you actually operate.

OTHER SERVICES

What we learn running tours on the ground carries straight over into booking, marketing and rethinking how work gets done. These are the three people most often ask about alongside.
